Q. How long does it take to get an article from interlibrary loan? How do I know when it gets here?

Answer

Most articles arrive within 24 hours and can be accessed from your Interlibrary loan account when you receive email notification. Books from Northwest libraries will arrive within a week, but those from distant libraries can take much longer. You will receive an email when you book arrives, and it will be held for you at the main circulation desk.
